DHL Global Mail implements the new FAA guidelines to pick up from only known and approved shippers. We have trained our employees on FAA and USPS guidelines for handling mail. New policies on building security and handling of hazardous material have been implemented in each of our facilities.

DHL Global Mail clients, please click here to learn about mail preparation in accordance with the new FAA guidelines.

Although certain delivery agents have refused to transport to certain countries, there have been no official embargoes placed on any additional countries. DHL Global Mail is currently able to access and deliver to every country that it could prior to September 11, 2001, by using alternative agents in various parts of the world. We do, however, expect delays across the board due to tighter security, as well as, some flight restrictions.
