What type of security measures are in place to handle my mail?
To ensure that the appropriate security measures are taken for our clients' mail, our pickup agents are bonded. In addition, special cameras have been installed throughout our Mail Handling Units to ensure, security. Finally, through our proprietary Mailtrak system, we track each individual mail job in the Mail Terminals's, from pickup of the mail until it is posted in the destination country. Throughout the entire mail handling process, the Mailtrak system can provide information about the current status of every Shipment Airwaybill. As part of the total quality approach, there are spot checks on addresses to check their accuracy to avoid undeliverable items.
